We are seeking a dynamic Program & Admin Assistant (Intern/Entry Level) to provide vital administrative support while actively contributing to program activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated young professional or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in both administration and nonprofit program management.

Role Overview

The Program & Admin Assistant will support smooth office operations and assist in program coordination, ensuring that our initiatives are delivered effectively and efficiently. This role blends administrative duties with program field support, offering exposure to multiple aspects of NGO operations.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries in a professional manner.
Assist with filing, document preparation, and record-keeping.
Support logistics such as travel bookings, meeting arrangements, and office supplies.
Help track petty cash and simple expense documentation.

Program Support

Assist in planning and coordinating workshops, mentorship sessions, and events.
Support field activities: preparing materials, taking attendance, and documenting sessions.
Help collect, organize, and summarize program data for reporting and monitoring.
Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions for youth empowerment activities.

General Coordination

Provide logistical support for team activities and community engagements.
Ensure clear communication and coordination across admin and program teams.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or ongoing studies in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Community Development, Education, or related fields.
Volunteer experience, student leadership, or internship exposure is an added advantage.
Basic computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
Passion for youth development and community empowerment.
