- Provide user support and handle software/hardware maintenance.
- Troubleshoot IT systems and manage network administration.
- Assist in software development and system updates.
- Strong IT background with hands-on troubleshooting experience.
- Proficient in user support, network systems, and IT operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering,or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in IT support, system maintenance, or a similar role.
