Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for handling various sales and marketing activities in the retail shop, including the creation of high-quality & unique content for different social media platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Handling marketing activities and maintaining the visual appeal of the retail shop.
• Creating and publishing high-quality content for different social media platforms.
• Engaging online audiences by responding to comments and replies.
• Building social media strategies to increase awareness on the platforms.
• Planning, scheduling, and executing new sales and marketing campaigns.
• Leading search engine efforts SEO.
• Collaborate with internal team and stakeholders to align sales and marketing activities with business goals.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaigns and pricing.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Requirements

• Educational Background: A degree in any business-related field however a degree in marketing, communications, or digital media will give you an upper edge.
• Basic Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with the fundamentals of digital marketing, including concepts such as search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
• Social Media Savvy: Understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices for engagement, content creation, and audience targeting.
• Content Creation Skills: Ability to create engaging and high-quality content for different digital platforms as well as analyze the outcomes using various web analytics tools.
• Basic Design Skills: Familiarity with graphic design tools to create visually appealing digital assets and promotional materials and basic video editing skills
• Previous Experience or internships will be an added advantage.
