We Are HIRING a SPARE PARTS STORE CLERK

Your Tasks

  • Inventory Control: Keep accurate, up-to-date stock of all spare parts.
  • Stock Movements: Log purchases, issues, returns, and balances daily; file regular reports.
  • Parts Issuance: Process requests promptly; ensure every part is properly recorded.
  • Scrap Management: Sort and document removed parts; track scrap values for audit/cost recovery.
  • Systems & Budget: Use inventory software; support cost-saving (repair-first where viable).
  • Team Support: Work with mechanics, workshop & fleet leads; join trainings to build skills.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Supply Chain, Automotive Engineering, or related.
  • 2+ years in inventory/spare parts management.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory workflows & mechanical systems.
  • Strong organization, accuracy, and analysis.
  • Proficient with inventory systems & MS Office.
  • Clear communicator and team player.
