We Are HIRING a SPARE PARTS STORE CLERK
Your Tasks
- Inventory Control: Keep accurate, up-to-date stock of all spare parts.
- Stock Movements: Log purchases, issues, returns, and balances daily; file regular reports.
- Parts Issuance: Process requests promptly; ensure every part is properly recorded.
- Scrap Management: Sort and document removed parts; track scrap values for audit/cost recovery.
- Systems & Budget: Use inventory software; support cost-saving (repair-first where viable).
- Team Support: Work with mechanics, workshop & fleet leads; join trainings to build skills.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Supply Chain, Automotive Engineering, or related.
- 2+ years in inventory/spare parts management.
- Basic knowledge of inventory workflows & mechanical systems.
- Strong organization, accuracy, and analysis.
- Proficient with inventory systems & MS Office.
- Clear communicator and team player.
