JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a proactive & detail-oriented IT/ Marketing Intern. The IT Marketing Intern will support the marketing team by assisting with content creation, campaign execution, and market research, with specific duties often including managing social media, drafting promotional materials, and analyzing campaign performance data. They will also provide general administrative support and help with other marketing activities to support the company’s strategic goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

IT/MARKETING OFFICER

IT RELATED TASKS

• Managing and maintaining the company IT infrastructure, including hardware, software and network
• Providing IT support to internal staff, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring system stability and security
• Keeping up with new technology for efficient processes
• Updating data in Tally for generating different reports
• All data entry needed by any departments
• All phone related issues
• Organizing phone contacts

E-MARETING TASKS

• Social media marketing/broadcasting
• Taking and editing pics of new items
• Prepare an e-catalogue
• Assisting with website maintenance and content updates
• Assisting in sales and account when needed
• Preparing an online product knowledge curriculum for new sales staff
• Creating product videos.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Degree (preferably marketing, IT or Graphic Design),
• Strong communication skill
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts like social media, SEO, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of office software like Microsoft Office and
• Conversant with Graphic design tools
• Creative and analytical mindset,
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with marketing and social media platforms
• Good understanding of digital marketing trends, basic data analysis,
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn.
• An aptitude for or basic knowledge of IT and data tools is a valuable advantage
