Integrated Fire & Safety Solutions Ltd (IFSS) — The Premier Pan-African Automation, Life Safety and Security Integrator. Established in 2009 to provide turn-key integrated solutions for Automation, Life Safety, and Security across various verticals in Africa.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage calendars for individuals or teams.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute memos, invoices, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Order and maintain office supplies, and manage basic bookkeeping or expense tracking.
- Assist other employees and departments with administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Expertise with computer software like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management systems.
- Good problem-solving abilities when handling day-to-day challenges.
