TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES FOR MOI UNIVERSITY ALUMNI

We are excited to share world-class professional development opportunities for recent graduates in Chemical and Process Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Analytical Chemistry.

In November 2025, the President of Kenya launched Africa’s first Green Ammonia Fertilizer Plant at the KenGen Industrial Park in Olkaria. This groundbreaking Kes. 100 billion project is a partnership between China’s Kaishan Group and KenGen. It will be powered by geothermal energy to produce 480,000 tonnes of green fertilizer annually.

Programme Details:

Number of Trainees: 2 batches of 80 each
First Batch Departure: 24th March 2026
Second Batch Departure: July 2026
Return & Deployment: June 2027 to Green Ammonia and Hydrogen Plant
