Duties & Responsibilities

• Create engaging, youth-friendly content for social media platforms
• Support execution of campaigns and on-ground content capture at events
• Schedule and publish content according to the content calendar
• Monitor social interactions and respond per brand guidelines
• Track trends, viral content, and competitor activity; share insights
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly social media reports
• Support briefing of creatives and influencers; compile content materials
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and account teams for timely delivery
• Assist with basic video editing and content formatting for different platforms
• Help maintain and organize content archives and campaign assets

Required Specifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation is an advantage
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar platforms is desirable
• Basic understanding of major social media platforms and digital trends
• Interest in content creation, storytelling, and social media culture
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
