Duties & Responsibilities
- Create engaging, youth-friendly content for social media platforms
- Support execution of campaigns and on-ground content capture at events
- Schedule and publish content according to the content calendar
- Monitor social interactions and respond per brand guidelines
- Track trends, viral content, and competitor activity; share insights
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly social media reports
- Support briefing of creatives and influencers; compile content materials
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and account teams for timely delivery
- Assist with basic video editing and content formatting for different platforms
- Help maintain and organize content archives and campaign assets
Required Specifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation is an advantage
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar platforms is desirable
- Basic understanding of major social media platforms and digital trends
- Interest in content creation, storytelling, and social media culture
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
