4G Capital has supported micro-enterprises in Africa since 2013,  providing financial literacy training with working capital loans to help small businesses grow sustainably.

We’re looking for a motivated Project & Sustainability Intern ready to learn, track impact, and support real-world projects that drive positive change.

Your Role

• Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and governance meetings.
• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, action logs, and documentation
• Follow up with teams and stakeholders to support timely project delivery
• Track pilot project milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Support data collection and reporting for impact, ESG, and sustainability
• Assist with Impact communications, audits, and investor documentation

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in a Project Management or a relevant field
• Strong organisation, communication, and multitasking skills
• Comfortable with data, reports, dashboards, and Google Workspace

Contract Type
Fixed term 6 months and paid internship
