Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support to advocates and staff.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare briefs or summaries.
• Support in case file management, including organization and retrieval of documents.
• Attend to client inquiries and follow-ups under supervision.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned in line with the role.

Requirements

• A Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general IT skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work well in a team.
