WE ARE HIRING A DATA ANALYST

WORKSTATION: NAIROBI

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support business decision-making through data-driven insights. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing production and operational data, developing business intelligence reports, and improving data accuracy within our ERP systems.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data analytics or a similar role.
• Experience working with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Acumatica, Salesforce, Zoho).
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret production and operational data for business decision-making.
• Experience comparing actual material usage against BOM standards and identifying variances.
• Strong expertise in data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining BI dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
• Ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity within ERP systems through audits and user coordination.
• Experience in creating and managing stock item codes and bills of materials (BOMs) with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and reporting tools).
