Pharmaceutical Technologists
About the role
MYDAWA is seeking licensed Pharmaceutical Technologists within Nairobi to support operations across our retail stores, ensure safe and compliant dispensing of medications, and deliver expert, customer-focused support across our pharmacy services. The Pharmaceutical Technologist will safeguard quality standards, guide patients on treatment, and help maintain seamless operations across our pharmacy services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Verify prescription accuracy, legality and regulatory compliance
- Dispense medications promptly and accurately
- Advise customers on proper medication use, side effects and interactions via online platforms
- Address customer inquiries and concerns to ensure a smooth digital experience
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to prevent shortages
- Partner with customer service agents and clinicians for end-to-end patient support
