Accounting Internship

Human Capital Outsourcing Ltd client is a reputable and fast-growing organization in the poultry production and FMCG sector, is seeking to recruit motivated and result-oriented intern to join their teams in the Finance department. The Accounting Intern will support the Finance Department in recording transactions, maintaining financial records, assisting in reconciliations, and supporting reporting processes in line with accounting standards and organizational policies.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions in accounting systems
• Assist in preparation of payment vouchers and receipts
• Support bank reconciliations and cashbook updates
• Assist in invoice processing and supplier payment tracking
• File and organize financial documents for audit readiness
• Support basic financial reporting and analysis
• Assist in payroll data preparation where required
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to financial controls
• Perform any other accounting duties as assigned

Skills & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (added advantage)
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• High integrity and professionalism
