The Retail Experience Intern supports the day-to-day operations of the Airtel retail shop by assisting the customer service team in delivering excellent customer experience. The role provides hands-on learning in sales, customer care, product knowledge, and operational processes within a leading telecommunications environment.

Key Requirements: -

Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in marketing/sales/business management or related field and 1-2 years of experience in sales/trade promotions, brand visibility, customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the shop in a professional and friendly manner.
• Respond to basic customer queries related to Airtel products and services (e.g. SIM registration, airtime, bundles, device troubleshooting).
• Support the resolution of customer complaints by escalating issues to Customer Service Executives or the Shop Manager.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience that reflects Airtel’s brand values.
• Support the shop team in promoting Airtel products, services, and offers.
• Guide customers through Airtel Money registration, PIN reset, and transaction processes.
• Educate customers on the use of Airtel Money and digital self-service platforms.
• Help maintain shop displays, branding, and cleanliness to ensure a professional environment.
• Perform any other duties that might be assigned by the shop manager from time to time.
