Are you highly organized, data-driven, and passionate about operations excellence? Xpress Laundry is looking for a Riders Coordinator to join our growing team and help drive efficient rider performance and service delivery across our operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in operations, logistics, fleet management or related role.
- Basic data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with data and reports.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track and monitor riders' performance metrics and KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze pickup and drop-off times to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports on rider performance and operational efficiency.
- Identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement in rider operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and service standards.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to resolve rider-related issues promptly.
- Support in planning routes, schedules and resource allocation.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to riders and deliveries.
