Storekeeper
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and verify all incoming goods and supplies
- Maintain accurate records of all stock movements in the inventory system
- Ensure proper storage and organisation of goods to preserve quality
- Issue stock to departments based on approved requisitions
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations
- Prepare and submit periodic inventory reports to management
Qualifications
Minimum Education
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement & Logistics, Stores Management or Business Administration.
- Professional certification in stores or inventory management is an added advantage.
Experience Required
- Minimum 1 year experience in stores, inventory, warehouse, hospitality, retail or a related environment.
- Experience using inventory management systems is an added advantage.
