Fred’s Ranch Resort is expanding its hospitality team and looking for passionate professionals to join our Guest Services and Support department.
Role: Room Steward
Terms: 1 year contract
Reporting to: Front Office Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, service and maintain guest rooms and public areas to high standards
- Replenish guest supplies including toiletries, linens and refreshments
- Inspect rooms and promptly report maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Respond to guest requests for additional supplies and room assistance
- Handle guest belongings with care and report lost property appropriately
- Support special events setup as required
Qualifications
Minimum Education
- KCSE Certificate or equivalent.
- Certificate in Housekeeping, Hospitality Management or Hotel Operations is an added advantage.
- Training in hygiene and housekeeping standards is an added advantage.
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years in housekeeping, cleaning services or hospitality operations.
- Experience in hotel, lodge or resort environments is an added advantage.
