We’re looking for passionate hospitality professionals to grow with us in the F&B Department.
Role: Barista – Juice Bar
Terms: 1 year contract
Reporting to: Restaurant Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh juices, smoothies and specialty beverages
- Welcome and engage customers in a professional manner
- Operate blenders, juicers and refrigeration equipment
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages in a timely manner
- Handle cash, process payments and reconcile daily sales
- Must be able to manage and operate the Main Bar when required
Qualifications
Minimum Education
- KCSE Certificate or equivalent.
- Certificate in Food & Beverage Service, Hospitality Management, Catering, or a related field.
- Food Handler’s Certificate is an added advantage.
Experience Required
- Minimum 1 year in a juice bar, café, restaurant, hotel or related hospitality environment.
- Demonstrated experience preparing fresh juices and smoothies.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and inventory management is an added advantage.
