We’re looking for passionate hospitality professionals to grow with us in the F&B Department.
Role: Waiter / Waitress
Terms: 1 year contract
Reporting to: Restaurant Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests in a professional manner
- Present menus, explain items and provide recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen
- Serve food and beverages to correct presentation standards
- Handle billing, cash and electronic payment processing
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas
Qualifications
Minimum Education
- KCSE Certificate or equivalent.
- Certificate in Food & Beverage Service, Hospitality Management, Catering, or a related field.
- Valid Food Handler’s Certificate is an added advantage.
Experience Required
- Minimum 1 year in a restaurant, hotel, resort, café or similar hospitality environment.
- Experience with POS systems and payment handling.
- Banquet or event service experience is an added advantage.
