FANTOM ESTATES ARE HIRING A PROPERTY AGENT IN BOMET.
The Property Agent will support the day-to-day management of residential and commercial properties. The role focuses on ensuring properties are well-maintained, fully occupied, and that rent and related payments are collected efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Property Maintenance
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
- Manage contractors and service providers.
Financial Management
- Collect rent and monitor arrears.
- Support portfolio growth and property acquisition.
Tenant Management
- Market vacant units and screen tenents
- Manage leases and resolve tenant issues.
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain property and tenant records.
- Prepare and submit periodic agency performance reports.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Occupancy Rate
- Rent Collection Rate
- Tenant Retention Rate
- Growth in Managed Properties
- Response Time to Tenant Requests
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Real Estate Agency, Property Management or a Business-related field.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience as a Property Agent.
- VALID MOTORCYCLE RIDING LICENSE WITH PROVEN RIDING EXPERIENCE (MANDATORY)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
Compensation
Gross Monthly Retainer. KES 25,000 Commission: Performance-based
