Fantom Capital is a financial services provider specializing in affordable SME loans and rapid logbook loans.
Location: Thika Road, Nairobi
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive sales and marketing of logbook loan and asset finance products.
- Source and onboard clients.
- Appraise and process loan applications.
- Manage portfolio performance & repayments.
- Support arrears follow-up and recovery.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field.
- Strong credit appraisal & sales skills.
- Previous sales experience in microfinance will be an added advantage.
Compensation
Gross Monthly Retainer. = KES 20,000-25000
Commission: Performance-based
