ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the ICT Manager, the ICT Graduate Trainee will provide technical, systems and user-support assistance while gaining practical experience in enterprise applications, infrastructure, data management and ICT service delivery.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of databases, computer networks, operating systems and enterprise applications.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently under supervision and collaborate with users from different departments.
- Experience with SQL, application support, systems testing or healthcare ICT is an added advantage.
