Mobisirs Bespoke Solutions, a premier Kenyan transportation and logistics company, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Entry-Level Customer Service Officer to handle customer inquiries, manage reservations, and provide exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience while supporting the company’s sales and reservation operations.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Manage reservations and ensure timely confirmations.
- Provide accurate information on company services and assist customers with their bookings.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer and reservation records.
- Prepare basic customer service and reservation reports.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education – Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
- Experience – 1-3 years of experience.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with CRM or reservation systems is an added advantage.
