ACCOUNTS INTERN

The Accounts Intern will support the Finance Department in maintaining accurate financial records and providing efficient accounting support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in processing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
2. Support preparation of financial reports and reconciliations.
3. Maintain accounting records and filing systems.
4. Assist in accounts receivable and payable functions.
5. Support budget monitoring and procurement documentation.
6. Participate in financial data entry and analysis.
7. Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
2. CPA Part II or equivalent will be an added advantage.
3. Recent graduate or continuing student eligible for internship.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is desirable.
5. High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
