Are you an IATA graduate ready to launch your career in Air Cargo Management and Clearing & Forwarding? We are looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Management Trainee to join our growing team.
This program offers practical exposure and structured learning in air freight management, cargo coordination, customs processes, customer service, and logistics management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support implementation of quality, safety & customer service standards in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Assist in shipment coordination and cargo tracking.
- Participate in customs clearance and documentation processes.
- Liaise with airlines, customers, transporters. and internal departments.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain cargo records.
- Support compliance with aviation, customs, and company regulations.
- Assist in customer service and shipment updates.
- Participate in continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and update shipment tracking system.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
IATA DIPLOMA IN EITHER;
- Air Cargo Management/Business Development
- Dangerous goods handling and specialization
- Transport Handling
- Pharmaceutical Air Cargo Handling
- Project Management
SKILLS
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
