About the role
We're rapidly expanding our team hence, we're looking for 5 serious Business Development Partners (BDPs) to drive our market expansion. In this performance-driven role, you will have complete autonomy to sell our full suite of creative & digital solutions.
This is a 100% remote position offering uncapped earnings, with our top performers earning between 80,000 KES - 120,000 KES per closed deal + bonuses, making it ideal for a self-motivated deal closer who wants their compensation to directly reflect their results.
If you prefer a guaranteed pay cheque at the end of the month, that's completely fine & understandable. If that's you, this role is not for you. We're not for everyone & this role is also not for everyone. We're looking for people who want to earn based on their effort & potential and understand with such a compensation model, their earning potential is uncapped.
RESPONSIBILITIES / ROLE
- Execute outreach and B2B & B2C prospecting strategies to identify new market opportunities.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through aggressive lead generation.
- Initiate C-level relationships and present our value proposition through dynamic virtual presentations.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure long-term strategic partnerships & retainers for social media management, video editing, and graphic design services.
- Manage all territory data and deal stages using our CRM platform.
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
- Proof of sales experience (screenshot of a payment from a past deal, commission earned, or business transaction)
- Strong communication skills (you can talk to a CEO or a bride naturally without tension)
- Digital literacy (instagram, linkedin, whatsapp etc for outreach)
- Remote work discipline (you manage your own time)
- Stable internet for calls and CRM updates.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and closing high-value deals.
- Strong mastery of consultative selling and value-based selling methodologies.
- Exceptional time management skills with a history of thriving in a self-managed or distributed team environment.
- An entrepreneurial mindset motivated by a market competitive, commission + bonuses & allowances incentive structure.
