Responsibilities
- Process invoices promptly to ensure timely payments.
- Support the processing of staff payments, including wages, per diem, and field-related reimbursements.
- Assist in recording and tracking staff accountabilities within stipulated timelines.
- Prepare and circulate daily bank statements accurately and on time.
- Support month-end financial close activities.
- Assist with internal and external audit processes.
- Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA (at least Section II/III) or ACCA in progress
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and willingness to learnStrong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
