Ngooni Construction Limited are hiring a Graduate Quantity Surveyor Trainee in Kisumu to support the commercial and cost management of construction projects while gaining
practical experience.

Department: Quantity Surveying
Location: Kisumu (Relocation support will be provided to successful candidates.)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQs), cost estimates, and tender documents.
- Measure works on site and support valuations.
- Monitor project costs and assist with budgeting.
- Support procurement and maintain commercial records.
- Conduct site visits to verify work progress and quantities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline.
- Recent graduate with no prior work experience required.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of QS software is an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate and work on project sites in Kisumu
