Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, contracts, legal opinions, and submissions.
- Attend court, tribunals, and registries with advocates.
- Assist with conveyancing, due diligence, and perfection of securities.

- Maintain a Pupillage Diary in compliance with Kenya School of Law requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized university.
- Completed Kenya School of Law coursework and eligible for the mandatory 6-month pupillage programme.
- Strong legal research, analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
- High integrity, professionalism, initiative, and eagerness to learn.
