HRBox Africa client is looking for an exceptional Product Associate in Nairobi to join their product team and support the delivery of well-scoped, well-executed features. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the craft of product management from experienced leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Product Lead in writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications.
- Conduct research product decisions. user interviews, competitor analysis, data pulls to inform
- Track feature progress from spec to release, flagging blockers or scope creep early.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and QA to keep delivery on schedule.
- Analyze post-launch data to assess whether features achieved their intended outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a closely related function.
- Strong analytical skills – comfortable working with data to support decisions.
- Excellent written communication able to write a clear, unambiguous user story or spec.
- Working understanding of the software development lifecycle.
