KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pack products accurately and efficiently according to set guidelines
- Inspect items for defects before packaging
- Label and seal packages correctly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet daily production and packaging targets
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Report any equipment issues or production concerns to the supervisor
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- KCSE certificate or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Experience in an FMCG or manufacturing company is an added advantage
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks
- Good attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work well in a team
