You'll be the first person patients meet when they walk into the clinic, helping create a warm, professional, and efficient experience from registration to billing and patient support. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Registering patients accurately using the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
  • Conducting basic patient triage and documenting symptoms.
  • Processing patient billing, payments, and explaining charges.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth patient journey.
  • Supporting clinicians by administering oral pain relief or ORS under supervision where appropriate.
  • Collecting patient feedback and supporting continuous service improvement.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe clinic environment.
  • Experience working in a clinic, hospital, medical centre, or healthcare facility will be an added advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or Degree in Healthcare, Health Administration, or a related field.
  • computer proficiency and familiarity with EMR systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A patient-centred mindset with excellent organisational abilities.
