Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field.
- CPA Part I or relevant accounting qualification is an added advantage.
- 0-1 year of working experience in Finance or Accounting; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in processing and reconciling e-TIMS, bank transactions, and daily financial records.
- Assist in reviewing invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Support the preparation and filing of VAT returns and other statutory financial reports.
- Assist in maintaining and updating daily transaction journals and financial records.
- Support accounts payable and receivable activities, including payment and invoice tracking.
- Assist with financial data entry, filing, and maintenance of accounting records.
- Support the Finance team during audits, budgeting, and other financial activities.
- Perform any other finance and accounting duties as assigned.
