Graduate Trainee – Statistics at Keda Ceramics

Keda Ceramics are recruiting a Graduate Trainee – Statistics in Miwani, Kisumu County.

We are seeking a highly motivated and Graduate Trainee with a background in Statistics to join our team. The successful candidate will gain practical experience in data collection, analysis, reporting, and interpretation while supporting various business and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collect, organize, validate, and analyze data from various departments.
2. Prepare statistical reports, summaries, and dashboards to support decision-making.
3. Monitor and analyze operational and performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
4. Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date databases and records.
5. Support departments in data-driven analysis and reporting.
6. Identify data inconsistencies and assist in resolving data quality issues.
7. Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis.
8. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Applied Statistics, Mathematics and Statistics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work with large datasets..
• Good communication and report-writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
