ABNO Softwares International, an enterprise software development company, are seeking a Customer Success Engineer Intern with a Finance background to join our team. This internship offers structured training in ERP systems with a strong focus on financial modules. The intern will gain hands‑on experience in technical implementation, configuration, and optimization of ERP solutions, while supporting daily operational tasks and client interactions. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of ERP financial modules (e.g., accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger).
- Support system maintenance and optimization to ensure financial data accuracy and stability.
- Handle day‑to‑day operational tasks and contribute to resolving finance-related client support tickets.
- Participate in user training sessions to help clients understand financial workflows within ERP systems.
- Develop skills in technical accuracy, responsiveness, and financial process support.
Qualifications
- A Bachelors’ degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- CPA Part I (Section 2) minimum
- Interest in ERP systems and enterprise software; prior exposure to financial systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
- Willingness to learn technical aspects of ERP systems and work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
