Responsibilities
General Digital Marketing Responsibilities:
- Create and schedule engaging content (reels, stories, posts) for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Develop and execute social media campaigns around promotions, user stories, and platform features
- Must have leadership and project management skills.
- Monitor trends, memes, and conversations to keep our content timely and relatable
- Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a growing online community
- Collaborate with the marketing team on growth initiatives and community-building strategies
- Track performance metrics and help optimize for engagement, reach, and conversions
What We're Looking For
- Passion for social media, digital trends, and online communities
- Hands-on experience managing or creating content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Strong visual and written communication skills
- Bonus: experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or other content tools
- A creative mindset with a sense of humor and hustle
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment
- Must have experience in Digital Marketing"
