We are seeking to recruit a CASUAL PROFESSIONAL CHEF.
Key Responsibilities
- Dumplings preparation and coordination with front office and sales
- Mis en place and kitchen preparation.
- Quality control and presentation.
- Inventory management and food safety.
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience of professional line or prep cook experience in a fast paced environment - prior Asian culinary experience is preferred.
- Valid food handlers certificate.
- Ability to work flexible on call, weekend or casual shifts.
- Strong speed-to-accuracy balance, detail orientation under rush hours and effective team communication.
- A certificate of good conduct
- Basic experience with mobile phones or POS systems
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage
