Client Service Internship - Marketing at Red Giant Media Agency

Red Giant Media Agency, a leading experiential and creative marketing agency in Nairobi, are hiring a Client Service Intern - Marketing.

We're looking for a Client Service Intern (Marketing) to work alongside our Account Managers, supporting them in coordinating campaigns and activations from planning through execution — keeping communication, timelines, and deliverables on track. This role is best suited to candidates with a marketing background who are eager to learn the client-service side of experiential marketing directly from the account team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the respective Account Manager on assigned client accounts — updates, timelines, coordination, and follow-ups with stakeholders
• Assist in preparing briefs, status reports, presentations, and post-campaign summaries
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, operations, finance) to track deliverables and deadlines
• Conduct basic research and compile insights (brand checks, competitor reviews, campaign learnings)
• Support on-ground activations and events alongside the account team (Nairobi + travel when needed)

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (completed, or currently pursuing/final year) — required
• Strong communication skills (written + verbal) and confidence with follow-ups
• Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable using Google Workspace/MS Office (Docs/Sheets/Slides)
• Working knowledge of Canva (creating simple marketing assets, presentations, or layouts)
• Interest in experiential marketing, events, and brand activations
