Qualifications:
- Degree in Film & Video Production, Journalism, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Multimedia or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software.
- Basic knowledge of thumbnail design tools such as Photoshop or Canva.
- Understanding of YouTube Studio, analytics, SEO and audience retention.
- Strong storytelling, headline-writing and visual communication skills.
- Good command of English, Swahili or Kalenjin is an added advantage.
