Kenya National Farmers’ Federation is seeking a motivated and customer-focused BDS Intern for a 3 months Internship to support the department in promoting and following up on an insurance product.
Location: KENAFF Headquarters, Kikuyu
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers regarding the insurance product.
- Provide customer service and respond to customer enquiries.
- Support product promotion and customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer follow-ups and feedback.
- Assist the BDS team with other business development activities as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Insurance, Commerce or a related field is encouraged.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused, confident and proactive.
- Ability to follow up consistently and work towards set targets.
- Basic computer skills.
