Requirements
🎓 Degree in Human Resources Management
📜 Higher Diploma in HR is an added advantage
💼 Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar HR role within the hotel industry
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records in TA/Paymaster software
- Conduct monthly attendance analysis
- Prepare and issue payslips
- Manage departmental rotas
- Prepare job descriptions and joining documents
- Enrol new employees into the biometric system
- Support hygiene and maintenance of staff facilities
- Coordinate trainee/intern schedules, allowances and rotation timetables
