About the role:
We're looking for a Nutrition & Dietetics diploma holder — a final-year student or recent graduate — to take over day-to-day running of our CBD store, reporting to our Sales Nutritionist. You'll pick up the store responsibilities she currently handles herself, freeing her to focus on growing the business in the field. You'll be the face of Mosoro for walk-in customers: helping them find the right product for their condition, handling sales, and keeping the store running well day to day.
What you'll do:
- Take over the CBD store's day-to-day operations, reporting to the Sales Nutritionist
- Staff the store during opening hours, handling walk-in customers directly
- Give basic, condition-specific product guidance — lactation, bone health, blood sugar, men's health — backed by proper training on our formulations
- Process sales and keep accurate stock records
- Maintain the store — presentation, restocking, cleanliness
- Flag repeat customers and referral opportunities back to the Sales Nutritionist
What we're looking for:
- A Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics (final-year student or recent graduate — this is an entry-level role, not looking for years of experience)
- Comfortable talking to customers about their health concerns with empathy and confidence
- Reliable, organized, and able to run the store independently day to day
- Based in or able to commute to Nairobi CBD
