You will drive new market research, customer research, internal research, product & system development, digital presence, sales & customer documentation and management reporting across all SBUs. The ideal candidate will have extraordinary capability to grow themselves along with the growth of the organization and demonstrate strong leadership on administering the growth.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Graduate Engineer in any discipline (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, IT, Telecommunications, Industrial, etc.).
- 0 (Trainee) to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational and leadership skills.
- Passion for technology, innovation and growth in Africa.

- 1 Robust Retention Package (40%-60% Fixed & 60%-40% KPI Based)
- Promotion every 6 months 2 on achieving 100% KPI for six consecutive months
