Job Summary:
The Debt Account Manager is responsible for contacting customers with overdue accounts to negotiate repayment arrangements, recover outstanding debts, and maintain positive customer relationships while complying with company policies, client requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of debt collection laws, ethics, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in sales or Credit and Lending.
- Record-keeping and reporting skills.
- A bachelor's degree/ Diploma in any field.
