Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field.
• CPA Part I or relevant accounting qualification is an added advantage.
• 2-3 years of working experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to learn.
• Preferably, with previous experience working at a tour company.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing and reconciling e-TIMS, bank transactions, and daily financial records.
• Reviewing invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Preparing and filing of VAT returns and other statutory financial reports.
• Maintaining and updating daily transaction journals and financial records.
• Managing accounts payable and receivable activities, including payment and invoice tracking.
• Performing financial data entry, filing, and maintenance of accounting records.
• Supporting the Finance team during audits, budgeting, and other financial activities.
• Performing any other finance and accounting duties as assigned.
