The Dalton Grand Hotel invites recent graduates of Food & Beverage Service, Hospitality or Hotel Management to apply for our Waiter/Waitress Traineeship Programme.
Selected trainees will receive hands-on service training, a monthly stipend and a performance review at the end of the programme.

- KCSE certificate or result slip

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma or Degree holders in food & beverage or Hospitality-related courses
- Neat, clean and well-groomed
- Hardworking, eager to learn and willing to take instructions.
- Good communication and interpersonal
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
TERMS OF THE PROGRAMME
- A fixed training period (3-6) months with a monthly stipend
- Performance reviewed during and at the end of the training
- Good performers may be considered for permanent employment
