Job Title: ICT Engineer (Network Operations & ELV Installation)
Location: Kilimani, Nairobi
Salary: KES 80,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 years
Education: Diploma or above

Job Responsibilities
1. Maintain and troubleshoot ICT infrastructure, including networks, servers, computer rooms, and cloud resources;
2. Carry out on-site installation of ELV/low-voltage projects, including structured cabling, CCTV/video surveillance, access control and alarm systems, computer room ELV systems, and conference systems, including installation, wiring, commissioning, and acceptance;
3. Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, wireless APs, and other network equipment;
4. Perform daily operation, backup, and security management of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and common systems;
5. Participate in the design, construction organization, delivery, and documentation of ICT and ELV projects;
6. Provide technical support for office terminals, video conferencing, access control, CCTV, and other ICT hardware and software.
Requirements
1. Diploma or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Network Engineering, Electronic Information, Building Intelligence, or a related field;
2. 1–3 years of experience in enterprise network operations, system operations, or ICT project delivery;
3. Familiar with the on-site installation of ELV/low-voltage projects, including structured cabling, CCTV/video surveillance, access control and alarm systems, and computer room ELV systems; familiar with construction standards, installation practices, and commissioning procedures;
4. Able to read ELV construction drawings and capable of on-site construction organization, progress coordination, quality inspection, and acceptance;
5. Familiar with TCP/IP, VLAN, routing and switching, firewalls, VPN, and other network fundamentals;
6. Familiar with Windows/Linux systems, virtualization, and common office system maintenance;
7. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, service awareness, and teamwork;
8. Certifications such as HCIA/HCIP, CCNA/CCNP, Network Engineer, Electrician Certificate, or ELV-related certificates are preferred;
9. Mandarin Chinese proficiency is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in on-site installation of structured cabling, CCTV, access control and alarm systems, and computer room ELV projects;
- Familiarity with Huawei, H3C, Cisco, Ruijie, or other mainstream network equipment;
- Familiarity with VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, or other virtualization platforms;
- Experience in information security, classified protection, data backup, and disaster recovery.
