As the Business Development Manager at Ogoch and Nephew Ltd., I have played a key role in driving business growth, overseeing operations, and supporting strategic decision-making across multiple business divisions. I successfully contributed to expanding the company's biomass supply operations from approximately 10 tonnes per week to over 100 tonnes per day by developing supplier networks and improving logistics coordination. I have also helped diversify the business into animal nutrition by coordinating the supply of freshwater shrimp to commercial manufacturers.

In addition, I lead the operations of the company's Airbnb business, managing reservations, guest relations, housekeeping, maintenance, budgeting, and revenue performance. I also support human resource administration, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and management reporting.
