Key Responsibilities

✔ Assist with data entry, bookkeeping, and maintaining financial records
✔ Process invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements
✔ Support month-end and year-end financial reporting activities
✔ Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy
✔ Help prepare financial documents such as balance sheets and income statements
✔ Ensure compliance with company policies and basic accounting standards
✔ Work closely with senior accountants and finance managers for day-to-day financial tasks

Qualifications & Skills

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing one)
🔹 No prior work experience required—internships or coursework in accounting are a plus
🔹 Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
🔹 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
🔹 Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
🔹 Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
