Fresh Life works with municipalities and urban residents to develop and scale safe, citywide inclusive and financially sustainable sanitation solutions in fast growing cities starting with Nairobi, Kisumu and Eldoret in Kenya. About the Program

This is a 1 year graduate programme that aims to equip graduates with work-ready skills, more specifically those that are typical to our sanitation impact work in informal settlements. Applicants can expect to be a key player in supporting change initiatives and L&D activities to enhance organizational performance and employee growth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support in developing and implementing change management initiatives
  • Contribute to creating and delivering L&D programs.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and teams to drive culture transformation.
  • Assist in identifying and nurturing learning opportunities within the organization.
  • Assist teams and leaders in understanding, adopting, and integrating new behaviors and skills that align with organizational goals and strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in BCom-HR option, Communication, or any Social Science field.
  • Applicants must have graduated within the last 3 years.
  • 6 months – 1 year’s experience in active internship engagements or business ventures is desired.
  • Proficiency in Ms Office and G-Suite. Candidates with above average excel skills will have an added advantage
  • Demonstrated proactivity and ability to take up leadership roles in forums that build our society outside the typical education system. E.g. AIESEC, Presidential Clubs, EMUN, Member Associations, etc.

  • A positive attitude, with an eagerness to learn and a ability to take instruction
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve, capable of prioritizing and multitasking
  • Strong interpersonal skills, emotional quotient and ability to work effectively within a diverse team
  • Good analytical skills
  • Methodical, accurate and pays attention to detail
  • Goal-oriented: Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure and with conflicting deadlines
